- Details of your tenancy agreement and rent obligations

- Portal login credentials (email address only — passwords are not stored in readable form)

- Comply with our legal obligations as landlord and as trustees

5. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Financial and rent records are retained for 7 years after the end of the tenancy (HMRC requirement)
- Tenancy documents and correspondence are retained for 6 years after the end of the tenancy
- Portal access is removed when the tenancy ends

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data where required by law (for example, with HMRC or in legal proceedings) or with professional advisers acting on behalf of the trust under strict confidentiality obligations.
